Corporate diversity training

Diversity training is increasingly on the radar screen of HR and learning departments. I came across this CheckPoint article that describes how Aviva created a 'Respect Diversity Toolkit' with training material and how they are sharing their experiences and best practices with other firms.

I think it is great this kind of training gets more attention, and even better that companies are sharing their experiences on the topic.

we have make good thing when there was earth quake in kucch Gujarat 26th january 2001 in Bhuj
The Mw7.6 Bhuj earthquake that shook the Indian Province of Gujarat on the morning of January 26, 2001 (Republic Day)
is one of the two most deadly earthquakes to strike India in its recorded history. One month after the earthquake official
Government of India figures place the death toll at 19,727 and the number of injured at 166,000. Indications are that
600,000 people were left homeless, with 348,000 houses destroyed and an additional 844,000 damaged.
The Indian State Department estimates that the earthquake affected, directly or indirectly, 15.9 million people
out of a total population of 37.8 million. More than 20,000 cattle are reported killed. Government estimates place
direct economic losses at $1.3 billion. Other estimates indicate losses may be as high as $5 billion
at that time we and our group ran from Bomaby for personal help we gave them clothes , we help him to make there
house to rebuild, we gave medicine etc...
Then 26th july 2005 in Bombay there was a heavy rain that time also we help too many people for whole night
Tens of thousands of people were stranded for hours on roads in Bombay, and its airport -- one of the busiest in the country --
was shut Tuesday evening. All incoming flights were diverted to New Delhi and other airports.
we are doing good things from many time our group helps people with money , grains, medecines
and many thng and the money for all this thing from our own pocket but now in Bihar India they requirment
is too big you can watch TV or see news paper they require too much more and that is not our capacity please
help us what ever you want to help from 1 dollar/pound/euro/rupee to 100.
